Meet Morgan
LMHC intern at Embodying Compassion, Boston Psychotherapy
I am a first-year intern currently pursuing a master’s degree in education in School and Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Pennsylvania. I approach therapy as a compassionate, trauma-informed process that helps you feel safe, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
My background includes working as a case manager at an emergency shelter, as well as a hotline crisis counselor through the Center for Women and Community. Through these roles, I have supported individuals navigating crisis, housing insecurity, and emotional distress, and I bring a steady, empathetic presence to moments of vulnerability.
In my clinical work, I aim to create a safe and collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. I am especially excited to be learning more at Embodying Compassion about somatic therapies and how body-based approaches can support healing from trauma.
