Meet Madisen, LCSW she/her/hers

Staff Psychotherapist

MSW, RYT-200, LCSW

As a Licensed Certified Social Work (LCSW) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), I bring a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, blending evidence-based techniques with mindfulness practices to support healing from the inside out. I specialize in working with adults navigating grief, trauma, depression, and anxiety, offering a compassionate, client-centered space for growth and healing.

My therapeutic style is warm, grounding, and collaborative, rooted in the belief that every person holds the innate capacity to heal. Blending evidence-based therapies like EMDR and neurofeedback with mindfulness and somatic practices, I help clients reprocess traumatic experiences, regulate their nervous systems, and reclaim a sense of safety and self-agency.

I am deeply passionate about empowering individuals to reconnect with their inner wisdom, build resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Whether you’re seeking to process a loss, navigate the weight of trauma, or find peace amid life’s challenges, I’m here to support your journey toward healing and wholeness.
