Fee: Community Access Program, Accepting Aetna, BCBS or free of cost, limited spots available for this program

Length of services: Short term: 6 to 15 weeks or case by case.

Coping Skills Toolkit Lab:
- Focus: Building a personalized set of skills for emotional regulation and stress management.
- Activities: Includes practical exercises in breath work, grounding techniques, and other evidence-based emotion regulation strategies.
- Outcome: Clients leave feeling empowered with a robust, custom toolkit to confidently navigate times of stress.
- School Success Coaching:
- Focus: Overcoming barriers to academic achievement, particularly those related to executive function challenges.
- Activities: Developing skills such as task breakdown, effective study planning, time management, and integrating emotional regulation into the learning process.
- Outcome: Students establish tailored, fine-tuned systems and processes that support sustained academic success.
- Transition Resilience Support:
- Focus: Alleviating anxiety and providing comprehensive support for students navigating significant life changes (e.g., middle school to high school, high school to college).
- Activities: Processing emotions related to the unknown, developing strategies for making new connections, enhancing time management, and building self-advocacy skills.
- Outcome: Students process fears of change and develop confidence in their ability to manage new environments and responsibilities.
- Values & Identity Exploration:
- Focus: Guiding clients through the process of self-discovery, identity formation, and future planning.
- Activities: Engaging in values-clarification exercises, navigating challenges related to peer pressure and social media influence, and exploring post-secondary options.
- Outcome: Clients gain clarity on their core values, leading to greater self-security and informed decision-making about their future.
- Social-Emotional Intelligence Sessions:
- Focus: Expanding emotional literacy and improving interpersonal skills essential for healthy relationships and development.
- Activities: Using tools like the feelings wheel to increase emotional vocabulary, practicing body-based awareness to locate and understand emotions, and distinguishing thoughts from feelings to aid regulation. Additional skill-building includes practicing empathy, conflict resolution, setting healthy boundaries, evaluating consequences, interpreting social cues, and improving communication and listening skills.
- Outcome: Clients enhance their ability to identify and regulate emotions, leading to improved communication, stronger relationships, and better conflict management.
